Everything went as I expected. My Wife and I are both retired. We have bought we'll over a dozen new cars in our lifetime. Hutchinson Kia was fair and friendly. Like dealing with any Car dealer you must do your own research and be a diligent advocate for yourself. But again in the long run and big picture Hutchinson Kia and staff were fair and friendly.
The General Manager, Steve Winters has been so nice and helpful with my new purchase. Just took my Kia Sportage in for it first maintenance and was given an appointment that fit my schedule and the service was done before I knew it. Looks like some changes have been made in the Service department and they were great to work with.

He handled my paperwork in a timely matter. I sat down at his desk at 9am and was driving off the lot by 1130am. Never have I been to a dealership and got everything done in that timeframe. Awesome!

Like all car dealers Hutchinson is no different. They have extremely nice employees. And like other dealerships fall short on everything else. You have to watch the numbers because they change them every time they put a paper in front of you. My car price changed every time they put the paperwork in front of me. Very frustrating. They promised to clean up my car after the deal and didn't do it. Don't think I will go back to Hutchinson in the future for much of anything.

Very happy that they were able to provide me with a brand new car with only 11 miles on with $500 down. My monthly payments are just a little high but still in my price range.
