Curtis helped me get into the right 2026 Kia K4 GT line, that fit my current needs. Warranty, gas mileage and power seat were a PRIORITY. The sporty styling is a cool feature of the GTline. We all love my new car!!!
Jose is a very good salesman, I didn’t feel pressured at all about purchasing a vehicle, that’s a plus considering my past experiences with other salesmen. I haven't purchased a new car in years just because I've had horrible experiences with pushy car salesman. It was time for a new purchase to give my son my current car. They helped me get the Sportage I truly wanted at a great price and made the entire process as smooth as possible. Brought car in for multiple recalls and updates. Was told it would take all day so I decided to pick it up the next morning. About 4 hours later the Service Dept called and said my vehicle was ready for pick up. Pleasantly surprised.

Jose reached out to us very quickly with the exact vehicle configuration that we were looking for at a very competitive pricing. So we drove two hours and picked it up. Service center was so quick and nice! I hardly ever leave reviews but everyone was beyond helpful. I hit a huge remain of tire rubber near the interstate and it destroyed my skid plate. They were able to not only take my car then and there, remove the plate and inspect, but the staff drove me to cfa to pick my order 😭😭 The staff was so knowledgable and kind, then helped me back to the road. In the end, it really was a pleasure to deal with Mandy and Lauren. They know how to deal with difficult customers. Lauren completely de-escalated the situation and gave us a little slice of hope. You honestly do get further in life being nice to people. Should never get loud with anyone just because frustration and panic setting in and they deserve to be treated with respect from the get go. Had a minor issue with Kia AFTER purchase (passenger door handle) and spoke with Mandy, who then let us speak with Lauren, the supervisor. We were informed of the protocols and policies and now have a better understanding of how the warranty (through kia) works. What all you have to do to follow protocols etc. We may not agree fully but at least Lauren the supervisor was nice enough to speak with us and never once cut us short and she absolutely de-escalted the situation. The whole experience was bad from walking into the service area not greeting just staring at me like I was bothering her didn't keep me updated on my vehicle the other nice gentleman service advisor kept his customers updated I asked him about my vehicle after the time past of the waiting period for my vehicle had gone by Jessica was a terrible service advisor. I did not receive good customer service from her what I've known Hutchinson Kia has provided in the past from my previous purchase.
Jessica in the service department is friendly, straightforward, and knowledgeable. I always ask for her cause I know she'll make sure everything is done right

Hutchinson Kia/Macon has held a 2017 Kia Optima Hybrid EX for 8.5 of the past 9 months due to consecutive failed repairs. The consumer has been forced to maintain $5,572.08 in car payments, $1,710.00 in insurance premiums, and over $100.00 in emergency towing costs for an unusable asset. Sept–Dec 2025: KIa techs executed a 3-month misdiagnosis, blaming a verified new battery. They replaced a Hybrid Power Relay Assembly. CarMax/CNA records confirm the dealership never billed warranty and absorbed the cost internally, hiding an inherent component defect. Friend’s sister has been shopping, researching and comparing the Kia against the Toyota and Honda. Not only was the more valuable vehicle the Kia, but the overall experience with the General Manager Steve Winters and GSM Andrew was simple and full of options easy to understand. If reading this I recommend you ask for Bobby Hootman as your professional sales consultant. I highly recommend Hutchinson. If they don’t have it, it isn’t out there.
