Amr Ali did an excellent job of helping me through a car buying experience. Kind, courteous and very professional. Told him what I was looking for and he never once tried to sway my decision on what I wanted or could afford. No pressure at all thank very much.

Visit started out negative because of some issues with the Service Department, but Chuck totally turned everything around. Not only does he have a genuine peacefulness about him, he was very professional. I definitely recommend going to see for Chuck if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle. What a great experience! From my very first inquiry via Internet, Henry was very kind and eager to get me in the car suitable for my personal and financial needs. In my decision making process, I was in and out of the dealership a good bit comparing my choice vehicles against one another. Hutchinson Kia ultimately won me over because of their amazing warranty package, high tech standard features, and most importantly, customer service. During my times, in and out of the dealership, I was approached by your typical “greedy” salesmen that seemed to come at me like vultures, wanting the snatch the sale under their colleagues feet. Thank goodness, Henry NEVER treated me that way or made me feel uneasy. He is efficient, genuine, and went above and beyond for me. He also had the help of another associate named Charles, who was also very helpful, funny, and personable. I give Kia Hutchinson 5 stars because they worked VERY hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted, and at the price point I needed to be. My Recommended sales associates are Henry or Charles. You won’t be disappointed in giving this dealership a shot, and with the quality and make of the new Kia vehicles! This place has top-notch customer service and an array of vehicles to choose from!

I drove 4 hours from Birmingham, AL to buy my son his dream car, a Camaro. I came because Hutchinson Automall had a recent model Camaro with low miles and an unbeatable price. My overall experience was wonderful. The sales and support staff answered all of our questions, we took it for a test drive and purchased it. We had lunch while they detailed the Camaro and headed home.

I came to Kia today in need of a reliable car but not very confident in my situation to get one. Stepping out on faith and having a faith-driven salesman, such as Maurice Maynard, I not only was able to get a car but a brand new 2018 Kia Optima at a great price! This is my 4th purchase. I had the pleasure of dealing with Maurice Maynard. I was on a mission to get a car quick and in a hurry due to an accident no fault of my own. Im a nursing student dedicated to school at fhe moment. I am not employed so i needed a cash n carry deal. Maurice hooked me up i walked out with a 2011 Mazda 6 clean as a whistle. I took the car to my mechanic and they thoroughly checked it out put it on a lift took the tires off and made a list of a few minor things that needed to be serviced. I had to take my child to Atlanta hospital when i came back to get the car it was totally detailed, oil change and those minir things i needed serviced were all complete. Once im done with school I plan on purchasing a newer vehicle from Hutchinson and Maurice will be the sales associate i purchase from. You know how you get feelings about people their ora if you will. This young man is the real deal in what he represents and in representing the company he works for.
