The Stinger comes standard with an eight-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive. All of those elements combine to create a respectable fuel economy. The base Stinger averages 29 highway MPG and 22 in the city.
2018 Kia Stinger GT engine specs
The Stinger Premium features the exact same engine as the base trim level. The GT trims, however, come with a bit of a boost. There are three GT models available: GT, GT1, and GT2. Each version comes with different interior features and technologies, but they all have the same motor under the hood. GT drivers will experience the deafening roar of a 365-horsepower, 3.3-liter V6 engine. With this upgraded engine, you will get added torque as well (376 pound-foot).
